Prices<\/h3>\n

The prices are determined automatically in the booking form. A detailed breakdown of the prices can be called up during the booking process.<\/p>\n

Payment<\/h3>\n

When booking on our website, a deposit must be paid, which will be displayed in the booking process. This can be done securely by credit card through our payment service provider “Stripe” or by bank transfer. The outstanding amount can be paid on site by credit or debit card (ATM) or in cash. Further <\/p>\n

Reservation<\/h3>\n

The sending of the booking form on our website by the user is only binding once the deposit has been paid. During the booking process, the guest has the opportunity to book optional extras. These are added to the price.<\/p>\n

Cancellation conditions<\/h3>\n

According to Art. 1382 of the Civil Code, there is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Italian Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we grant you the right to withdraw from the following cancellation conditions within the meaning of Art. 1382 CC. Reference is made to the legal provisions art. 45-67 of the Italian consumer protection code GvD 206\/2005.<\/p>\n
